Very powerful and motivating. I'm not a morning person-- more of a night owl especially during my student days.I'm now focused on rising early, but do struggle to stay awake .I feel quite drowsy in the afternoon. This despite 8 hours of sleep. I want to join the 5 am club.

Great post! i am on my 10 days holiday, i will try to wake up early and read(Taken coursera plus to learn about AI), walk and meditate at least for 5 mins.

I am not feeling energetic through out the day, i think i need to focus more on my food consumption.

That's what I am up to in 2025, In fact, I started waking up at 5 in December last year and it seriously changed a lot for me. will add books to it as well and get back to fitness with it.
