I felt this was very much one sided ( sorry for saying so) . Adjustment is the key for both men and women to have a successful marriage.

So do you think that if men compromise on their goals to accommodate women's career goals in a balanced way is a solution? There are men who do that - but they are not successful (in their careers).

Oh No.. I never said that men have to compromise their goals to accommodate women's career goals. Its a give and take, adjustments, trying to find solutions. No marriage is always perfect, and without some ups and downs. Its also what you mean by or what you define as success .

Thanks sir for describing men and women nature , behaviour and both mutual dependency with each other but there is total responsibility for men to create ship and also play the roll of captaincy bcas if any imbalances occur in life the total responsibility goes towards men side nobody will ask this is women mistake bcas all human society blamed to male person. This is universal truth.

I feel still women can become captain on others boat if she has capacity to drive the ship technically and shld be able to take captainship anytime if required.one ship can have 2 captains and same destination.

Very interesting analysis -- however it depends on the choices within the marriage ship. If both are okay with their choices then life is a luxury cruise. Partnerships in life and business can also co-exist and take the journey forward.
