True indeed. That's the reason Bharatiya culture has always believed and practiced waking up at Brahmi muhurtam. Time between 3am to 6am. Sadhus, sanths, sages and ppl like us who want to peep inside and get the answer for the questions like "Who am I?" need to wake up at this time.
Even the wake up time at NDA or defence academies are akin to the age old tradition of sanatan dharma.
It's just that such concepts are accepted only if explained thru' fancy terms, charging hundreds of dollars by western authors. No one cares to give them a read in its original form lying in our libraries since centuries.
Anyways, thanks for reiterating that Bharatiya lifestyle is tried and tested one and is the best solution for all of humans woes.
