Sometimes I reach that calmness and easily get disturbed and come out ...Challenge is to stay at that point always ,than that can become effortless meditation ..

Suppose I am sitting in a sea and every tide will push me to shore my body might flip but again i have to restore myself ..However crabs and fish go depth and are least disturbed by tides .

I love the way you have put the subject ..lot of learnings ...may the center calmness works out nicely in your case
