We discussed how the marketing landscape has evolved in the past few years. Before 2020, the lead cost was low for coaches advertising their coaching and training programs on Facebook and Google. Now the costs have gone up. Only the coaches who have created high-ticket products have survived in the market. We talk about different types of funnels and lead nurturing methods in this video.
Some people nurture their leads through email marketing like me. Some build trust with their leads using 99 rupee workshops. Some people do a 3-day event and charge a few thousand rupees for the event. Some directly sell a high-ticket program through a 1-on-1 sales call. Some do a combination of everything. There is no right method or wrong method. Everything works and every method has its pros and cons.
ScaleX itself is not into coaching people. Instead, they are helping coaches to build their funnels and scale their client’s revenues. They are a perfect example of how you can reach multi-crore revenue per month with an agency model.
Not everyone wants to become a coach or has the inclination to be in front of an audience all the time. Some people just want to work with B2B clients. It comes down to founder-market fit. Different people have different skills and inclinations.
